Niall Shanahan|Chairman & Founder

Niall is a commercial property specialist and holds a BSc in Property Economics. His career spans 30 years in multiple industries including Commercial Real Estate and Foreign Direct Investment sectors acting as owner’s representative for many of America’s Fortune 500 companies to establish their businesses in Ireland and Europe.

He is a Director and partner of EnigmaSoft, a cybersecurity anti-virus SaaS company.

Niall also acts as a non executive director for a number of technology companies.

Vyga Dambrauskas|Chief Operations Officer

Vyga has worked within multiple industries from enterprise retail to the construction sector. He has had responsibility for companies with multiple millions in revenues.

He has a proven track record, extremely versatile and his ability to drive change within high growth organisations has led to increased operational efficiencies and profitability.

Panikos Teklos|Strategic Advisor EU

Panikos is an international financial and business advisor with a strong track record in M&A, bespoke valuations and feasibility studies, macro research, asset management and investment solutions across real estate, private equity and other asset classes. He has supported institutional and private clients worldwide on medium- and large-scale transactions, and has led major transformation programmes for corporate and financial services firms, with a focus on operational resilience and governance.

A graduate of University College London and the London School of Economics, he holds the Certificate in Investments (Level III) from the Institute of Securities and Investments (UK) and an Advanced-level Certificate from the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission. His career includes roles at BNP Paribas, Barclays Capital and Citigroup in London, and Partner at Deloitte Cyprus in Risk & Wealth Advisory. Before joining XPADIA, he was CEO of a multi-sector family office, and in 2018 was elected Vice-Chair of the Cyprus Investment Funds Association.

George Campanellas|Strategic Advisor EU

Since 2023, George has been leading Cyprus’ investment attraction. As the former Chief Executive Officer at Invest Cyprus, George designed and implemented the new strategy for attracting international technology companies and foreign direct investment to the country. Under his leadership, Cyprus gained 50 places in Global FDI Index and was ranked 3rd globally in the 2022 Post Pandemic Recovery Index. He designed and executed a business development strategies for new markets and established business ties with sovereign funds, family offices and institutional investors within the EMEA region.

George has extensive experience in reshaping the regulatory framework for attracting foreign investment and driving demand for locations. He worked directly with international investment groups supporting the landing of big-ticket investments in hospitality, energy, healthcare, and education, and acted as the project manager for the development of large-scale infrastructure projects. In 2021 George was elected as the Director for Eastern Europe and a Board Member of the World Association of Investment Promotion Agencies (Geneva).

Sameer Dababneh|Strategic Advisor US/UAE 

Sameer Dababneh is a seasoned industry veteran with over 20 years of experience, during which he has held leading roles in global companies in the real estate, banking, investment and aviation sectors.

 With a proven track record in successful partnerships as well as his solid analytical and operational skills, Sameer is a highly accomplished corporate professional with extensive insight into the Middle East market. His forte is the development of key partnerships with profound knowledge of growth strategies, tactics and action plans in the US, UK and Arabian Gulf as well as his extensive portfolio of UHWNI and Royals.

Sameer was born and raised in the UAE and has established his footprint in the industry throughout his travels around the world. He holds a degree in business administration and is an avid golfer.

Andrew Meyer|Head Of Operations UK & EU

Andrew Meyer is Head of Operations and  senior business and brand leader within the corporate structure, overseeing growth strategy, partnerships and delivery across Ireland, the UK, Spain, Portugal and Turkey, with expansion into wider international markets. With deep experience in business development, he connects commercial ambition with practical execution helping projects move from concept to scalable, repeatable delivery.

He leads the Group’s AI innovation and integration, embedding data driven design, automation and smarter delivery workflows into off site and modular construction programmes. With a strong personal focus on robotization alongside AI, Andrew champions the move toward more automated, precise and efficient manufacturing and build processes. Known for clear strategic thinking and hands on market development, he works closely with clients and partners to accelerate delivery, strengthen building performance and create long term value.

Terry Hutt|Architectural Consultant

Terry Hutt hails from Canada and holds a bachelor of environmental design studies and a master’s degree in architecture. He has held several positions in the design community and practiced in Canada, the US and is currently consulting in Ireland and Europe for the last 20 years over his 37 year career. He brings an eco-friendly design ethos and has consulted on projects from hospitals to corporate headquarters to housing solutions throughout Europe and North America.
